I subscribed to the newsletter when will I receive my discount?

The discount is not automatic, it is a personalized discount, so it will take about 24H before you receive it. Since it is not automatic, remember to save the code and insert it in the cart before paying for each of your purchases.

 

 

When does my discount expire?

The discount is valid for one year from when you receive it, as it is not automatic, remember to save the code and insert it in the cart before paying for each of your purchases .

 

 

How do I use the discount code?

To proceed with entering the discount, after placing the products in the cart, select "CHECK-OUT", in the next step enter the discount code in your possession in the appropriate box, select "APPLY" and complete the order by selecting the method of payment.

 

 

Can I use the discount with other promotions?

No, the discount cannot be combined with other promotions.

How do I know how much the transport costs cost?

The calculation is done automatically by the system at the time of check out. The system checks the weight and destination and then calculates the shipping price.

FOR ITALY ONLY, for purchases over €250.00, transport costs are free.

 

How can I track my order?

When the order is processed, the system sends an email to confirm the shipment which will contain the tracking number. It is possible that an email will be sent from the staff with the same and/or additional information.

 

 

If I make multiple purchases within a few days, and have paid for multiple shipments, can I request a refund for the shipments?

No, we always recommend making a single order of the available material.

 

 

I bought a PRE-ORDER together with an available product, what do I do? Do I pay for another shipment?

Yes, a separate payment will be required for the PRE-ORDER product when it becomes available. Unfortunately, the PRE-ORDER times are usually longer, so we recommend placing two separate orders and paying for the two shipments . Furthermore, by inserting an available product and one in pre-order in an order, there is the risk of paying high costs given that the system adds up the weights of the products, risking increasing the cost of shipping.

How do I know if the product is available?

If "OUT OF STOCK" is not written, the product is available. PRE-ORDERS are excluded as in the production phase, the purchase of these products is purely a reservation of the product itself, with partial or total payment.

 

TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

 

 

When I purchase, will I be charged taxes, duties and customs duties to be paid at check out?

No, for non-EU countries there are no applications for taxes, duties and customs duties as they are the responsibility of the customer, who will have to inquire about his own territory to find out what he will have to pay when the package arrives. At the time of check out, the customer will only pay the price of the product displayed in the shop.
