Our Return Policy
Please read our return policies before purchasing our products. We reserve the right to modify the company return policies after modifying this communication which can be viewed on our site. The return criteria indicated below are updated as of 05/02/2023
All problems relating to errors or problems deriving from our services must be immediately reported to our contacts to allow us to resolve the problem.
Cancellation rights
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract for any reason and without penalty within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you will need to provide a clear declaration of will to be sent by email to :shobby@sistemahobby.it
The cancellation under the aforementioned conditions will be applied if the products have not been opened and present the original intact packaging.
Following the cancellation described above, we will refund all payments received from you including shipping costs, except for special shipping costs, and excluding any additional costs (customs fees, duties, sales taxes, insurance service).
The return shipment is always charged to the customer, unless otherwise indicated or agreed.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for loss of value of any goods supplied resulting from your handling of the goods.
The refund will be paid within 14 days following receipt of the returned goods, it will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If an incorrect item is delivered to you by mistake, it will be our interest, as soon as we are notified of the error, to examine the problem and offer you the best solution.
Each case will be examined individually; in some cases we may request additional information, such as images or videos, in order to investigate the issue.
Our goal remains to provide our customers with the best and fastest possible solution.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
Although we take care to prevent any damage to the products during transit, providing the best possible packaging solution, we are aware that any damage may arise due to transport operations.
In order for the consumer to request a refund or replacement of the damaged product, he must check the condition of the package in the presence of the courier, if there is damage, write "received with reserve" on the delivery note, otherwise we cannot hold the courier responsible. The lack of the "reserve" could jeopardize the refund or replacement procedure. To proceed with the refund or replacement we may request additional information, such as images or videos, in order to investigate the problem and find the best and fastest possible solution.
What expenses will I be reimbursed?
Sistemahobby is not responsible for the payment of any customs taxes, duties and sales taxes that may be charged by the country of destination of the order. Such customs fees, duties and sales taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the consumer. In case of return of the product, these costs will not be refunded.
