Shipping and Packaging

The shipment will take place as soon as possible and in any case within 5 working days, barring unforeseen circumstances, from the arrival of the payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

We recommend making the payment by Credit Card or Paypal virtual pos, this method allows a quick verification of the payment and allows you to make the shipment quickly.

We make sure that the preparation of the order takes place in total safety and compliance with the anti-Covid-19 regulations.

 

Calculation of shipping costs

The cost of the shipment is automatically calculated by the system based on the weight and place of destination.

FOR ITALY ONLY, for purchases starting from € 50.00 shipping costs are free ONLY for orders with all material available or pre-order. In case of mixed order, the customer will be contacted to evaluate how to manage this order and possibly charge the shipping cost.

Shipping to Italy

Shipping is via Poste Italiane, expected delivery is within 5/6 working days throughout Italy, with the exception of Livigno, Trepalle and Campione d'Italia, barring unforeseen events.

Shipping to EU

The shipment takes place via the courier chosen by us and the expected delivery is within 5/6 working days in addition to the collection day, excluding customs formalities, but it may vary due to external causes not attributable to Sistemahobby.

Shipments to Extra-EU

The shipment takes place via the courier chosen by us and the expected delivery is within 6/10 working days in addition to the collection day, excluding customs formalities, but it may vary due to external causes not attributable to Sistemahobby.

 

Customs fees, duties, taxes

Any customs fees, duties and sales taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, the consumer must bear in mind when making a purchase that his local authorities may charge him for these amounts at the time of delivery.
