GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Object
These conditions govern the ways in which the Sistemahobby company of Simona Rita Pistocchini sells the products on the site "www.sistemahobby.it" and arranges for their shipment to the home of the purchaser (hereinafter "consumer").
Each purchase contract is governed by the General Conditions of Sale in force at the time of conclusion of the contract, it being understood that these General Conditions of Sale may be modified by publication on this page.
Conclusion of the sale
1) In order to place your purchase order, you must register using the appropriate procedure, for this purpose the following data will be required:
name and surname
e-mail
password
shipping address
mobile/telephone
filling out the form and entering data constitutes a purchase offer.
2) The sale of the selected product is considered completed upon payment and determines acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
3) the consumer, having completed the purchase, will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the date and time of the order and a "Customer Order Number", to be used for any further communication.
4) Sistemahobby di Simona Rita Pistocchini reserves the unquestionable right to cancel the order in the event of failed/inaccurate completion of the form or in the event of actual unavailability of the requested goods in the warehouse. In this case, Sistemahobby di Simona Rita Pistocchini will promptly inform the consumer of the impossibility of concluding the sale or of any delays due to procurement.
4) the consumer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it, by sending an e-mail message to shobby@sistemahobby.it
5) In the event of cancellation of the order, if the buyer has advanced part or all of the price, this payment will be returned to him as soon as possible, given the necessary technical and processing times. (Except in special cases see Pre-Order)
Payment
Payment can be made through the following channels or tools: credit card, paypal.
Regardless of the form of payment chosen, we invite you to indicate in the Order form a landline or mobile telephone number which is essential for tracing in case of need.
The goods will be ready within the timescales established and indicated on the site.
The delivery times declared at the time of purchase will start from the moment of receipt of payment.
PRE-ORDER
The products categorized and purchased as a Pre-order can be booked by paying a deposit (hereinafter "advance") and finalizing the contract before shipping by paying the balance. Alternatively, by booking the product in Pre-order by paying the full amount displayed on the site.
The products categorized and purchased as Pre-order are made available for shipment upon their arrival in our warehouse.
Not being responsible for the delivery times used by the manufacturer, in case of change of mind the pre-order can be canceled within 24H of the purchase of the product.
After this time the order can no longer be cancelled.
In case of renunciation or cancellation request, after 24H, the payment of the advance to book the product will be withheld as loss of earnings and to cover the costs incurred. Any transport costs will be reimbursed only.
In the event of non-payment of the balance for a Pre-order, after 3 attempts by Sistemahobby to contact the consumer via email and/or telephone and without receiving an answer or payment of the balance, we will consider that the consumer has given up on the purchase. The previously paid advance will not be refunded as coverage of the expenses incurred and loss of earnings, except for any shipping costs.
Transport and delivery
Sistemahobby will arrange for the shipment - shipping costs to be borne by the buyer - to the address indicated by the consumer or to another destination (where possible).
The courier is chosen by the seller based on the place and type of order.

Right of withdrawal
1) The withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods; the customer is required to contact via email in order to receive authorization and instructions for the return of the goods.
2) The customer will receive the refund within the following 14 days of receipt of the return.
3) The refund due will be paid directly to the credit card or paypal, according to what was chosen as the payment method at the time of purchase of the product.
4) The withdrawal can only be made with the return of the product sealed and intact in all its parts, without signs of any type of use.
5) If the goods are not returned or the return is not in conformity with what was received, or damaged goods, missing pieces or other damage that affects the saleability of the product received, in accordance with European legislation, Sistemahobby reserves the right to reimburse the value in function of its loss of value.
Warranty
The sale is aimed only at people without a VAT number, the product warranty is 2 years. Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 2 months of receipt of the goods. The product will be replaced unless it is still available both in the warehouse and by the manufacturer. In case it cannot be replaced, a voucher of equal value will be issued.
Jurisdiction and competent forum
these General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.
For civil disputes relating to the application of these General Conditions of Sale, the mandatory jurisdiction lies with the judge of the place of residence of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State.
